Exotic Milk Thistle Tea Elixir

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tozzy Milk Thistle Tea Bags

  • 4 cups of water

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 star anise (for garnish)

  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

  • Ice cubes (if serving cold)

Instructions:

  1. Boil Water:

  • Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.

  1. Steep Tea:

  • Remove the pot from heat and add the 2 Tozzy Milk Thistle Tea Bags.

  • Cover and let the tea bags steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on your taste preference.

  1. Add Spices:

  • Remove the tea bags and stir in the ground turmeric, ground ginger, and ground cinnamon until fully dissolved.

  1. Sweeten:

  • Add 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup while the tea is still warm and stir until fully dissolved.

  1. Add Coconut Milk:

  • Pour in 1/4 cup of coconut milk and mix well.

  1. Cool Down:

  • Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.

  1. Serve Hot or Cold:

  • For a hot beverage, pour the tea into mugs, garnish with a star anise and fresh mint leaves, and serve immediately.

  • For a cold version, refrigerate the tea until chilled, then serve over ice cubes in glasses, garnished with a star anise and fresh mint leaves.

  • You can adjust the amount of coconut milk and spices to your liking.

  • For a creamier texture, add a splash more coconut milk.
